Help

Answers to the most common questions — by who you are in TitanBill.

Can TitanBill do e-invoices?

Yes. Invoices are produced as XRechnung or as a ZUGFeRD PDF if you wish, and checked against EN 16931 before they are sent; an invoice that fails the check does not go out as an e-invoice. TitanBill also reads incoming e-invoices – your freelancers' own invoices, for example.

How does TitanBill keep invoices?

Issued invoices and self-billed invoices can no longer be changed or deleted; a correction is a cancellation invoice. Every file is archived with its checksum and read back once a month. Retention follows § 147 AO: accounting records such as invoices 8 years, books and annual accounts 10 years, each from the end of the year.

What happens to our data?

The data belongs to your agency. As the owner you can download a complete export at any time. When the contract ends, access is locked; 30 days later the people are anonymised and everything no law requires is deleted. What must be kept stays locked until its period runs out – or is deleted at your request once you hold a complete export.

What does TitanBill cost?

Prices on request. They depend mainly on the number of your users and freelancers and on the features you need.

Is there a DATEV interface?

Not yet. Today your tax adviser gets the issued documents themselves, CSV exports and the export for a tax audit in GDPdU format.

How do I get access?

Request a demo on the home page. We then set up your agency's access with you; you invite your freelancers and clients yourself. Freelancers get their access through their agency's invitation or application link.
